Heishui
Tibetan Autonomous County, with an area of 4,355 kmē and a population of
57,000, lies at the center of Aba Tibetan Autonomous Principality, the
junction of Minshan and Qionglai Mountains. Situated 280 away from Chengdu,
the capital of Sichuan province and the base camp of tourists heading for
